    Guidelines on preparing the concept paper

    U.S. Agency for International Development's Connecting Regional Economies (USAID/CORE) Project is seeking concept papers and later, applications from Sri Lankan commercial companies to implement activities to support the economic activity in post conflict areas of Sri Lanka. The focus of USAID/CORE Project is to help conflict-affected communities to return to normalcy as soon as possible. The project is working in partnership with the private sector to promote economic growth in post-conflict Districts of Trincomalee, Batticaloa, Ampara, southern bordering areas of Vavuniya, northern bordering areas of Anuradhapura, and eastern bordering areas of Monaragala by implementing activities that increase incomes, investments, and employment.
